I wished I could be writing you under happier circumstances but I cannot because Two of my very good friends, (John and Kelly Travolta ) the sweetest people in the world have just encountered the worst possible tragedy a parent could be forced to endure, the death of their son Jett.
My heart is crying and bleeding for them.
I personally would not have it in me to bury my own child.
I am writing this because I have noticed that for the most part, people and the media have been very sympathetic and respectful, but there are those certain ones that want to use this horrible tragedy as an opportunity to once again, blame and or attack Scientology?
Folks, as popular as it has been to discriminate and ridicule Scientology and Scientologist's in the recent past , Now is NOT the time.
I realize that there is a lot of mis information out there about the subject which has caused a lot of stone throwing but we are not still in the dark ages and it is still an Unconstitutional Injustice to partake in and encourage such condemnation.
Among most of the crazy made up garbage that goes around about it , It is not true that Scientologist's "Don't believe in " medical care , medicine or medical Doctors and that may have something to do with this terrible tragedy.
Just like anyone else, If one is sick , they go to the doctor, If a medication will make it better then they take it.
If they don't then they are an idiot and you can't blame their religion.
Whatever medical and or physical condition Jett had , I can tell you first hand that his parents were on a tireless, never ending quest to get and provide him with the absolute best care anyone could ever ask for and need, Medically, physically, emotionally, medicinally and spiritually.
I am not writing this to preach my beliefs, I am here to protect my friends.
To the few of you out there that this may apply to,
Let's not use the tragic death of a child to facilitate your insatiable need to attack and destroy Scientology shall we?
John and Kelly have done nothing but spend their lives and their time helping others, making people happy and making peoples lives better.
Please let this family grieve in peace.

Baby girl for Garner, Affleck

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have welcomed another girl, their rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.

The baby was born Tuesday in Los Angeles and is healthy, says the rep.

A smiling Garner was spotted being wheeled on a roll-away hospital bed as she was taken to her room. A blanket was draped over her, and it appeared that she was holding the baby. Shortly after, the hospital staff brought in a portable bassinet and heart monitor to check on the baby.

In July, Us first reported that the actress, 36, was expecting a second child.

As her baby bump grew, Garner finally confirmed the news a month later, joking to Access Hollywood, "Oh, I'm not pregnant. I just had a lot of carbs for breakfast. It's just -- what do they call it -- a breakfast pouch?"

She then added, "We're so excited, obviously."

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Jennifer Love Hewitt and fiance Ross McCall have broken up, according to People.

The couple got engaged in November 2007.

"They broke up over the holidays and have ended their engagement," a source close to the couple told People. "They're both really sad about this. Even their friends are surprised; they seemed really happy. Everyone just wants the best for both of them."

When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for the "Ghost Whisperer" actress could not comment on the report at the time of publication.

Jennifer, 29, and Ross, a 32-year-old Scottish actor, dated for two years before getting engaged.

In November 2008, Jennifer spoke with Access Hollywood's Nancy O'Dell about getting ready to walk down the aisle.

"Have you gotten your dress?" Nancy asked.

"I have," Jennifer confirmed. "It's very simple. I was not one of those people that wanted like 900 buttons up the back and craziness. I was like, 'Just zip me in it and call it a day."

Q: You're sexy even when you play kind, dedicated and spunky, but this part sure will surprise your fans who love you playing the hot gal.

A: It's true that people think of me as the kind of characters I've played. But everyone who knows me in my own life calls me the librarian because I'm very nerdy. I read a lot. And I never watch TV. I hardly go to the movies. And I dress really conservatively, like a librarian.When I read this story I thought, 'Wow, I'd love to be able to play a girl like this who I just have so much admiration for.' And by the way, who's so graceful in the face of adversity.

Q: I'm willing to bet that there was a huge debate about whether to have you wear glasses for most of the show.

A: I love that you knew that. Everyone except the director gave me a huge fight about the glasses. And the funniest thing is that they are my own glasses that I wear in real life. I've never worn them on camera because I've always liked the fact that when I pull my hair back and don't put on any make-up, the glasses give me sort of a separate personal life. For the movie my character wouldn't even have enough money to buy contact lenses.

Q: And we know you love kids, the last time I saw you with your son Kassius, he was playing the slot machines on the Las Vegas set.

A: Oh yeah, he's six now and for years he was king of that set. Once when we actually visited Vegas I had to explain to him that he couldn't go in the real casinos because they didn't allow children.

Q: His father is Brian Austin Green and though you two never married and you're in a long-time relationship with another man, Brian still has a wonderful relationship with Kassius.

A: He loves his dad. They play video games together and once, when Brian guested on Las Vegas, Kassius was on the set and we took lots of pictures. Both his father and I agree, though, that he has to finish college before we'd even think about letting him become an actor.

Q: So are you getting ready for your Las Vegas co-star Josh Duhamel and Fergie's wedding? Are you teasing him about it?

A: I tease Josh about everything all of the time. He and I have a brother/sister dynamic with each other. Because Stacy is so lovely I tease him about how the hell did he get anyone to commit to marrying him. When we worked together all these women would just go crazy over him and I'd have to rib on him that I would tell that he farts under the covers on the set and stuff like that.

Q: Can you imagine him married to Stacy (who the rest of us all call Fergie)?

A: Oh, yeah. Jokes aside, he's such a lovely down-home country boy, really. I've always said about Josh, that he's the most humble lead I've ever worked with on a show. He is always focused and passionate and wants everyone to be good. Stacy guested on the show and we all met her together. We just added her to the family and he got serious.

Police: Paris Hilton Thief a Frenemy?

Paris Hilton might want to reevaluate the invite list before her next house party.

Los Angeles Police detectives investigating last month's $2 million jewel heist from the hotel heiress' mansion believe the burglar had a good grasp of the floor plans, knowing exactly where Hilton hid her valuables, prompting speculation it may have been an inside job.

Echoing what Hilton told E! News, investigators are going over evidence and narrowing their search down to a number of unidentified aquaintances of Hilton, per the Los Angeles Times.

The perp entered through an unlocked door sometime between the evening hours of Dec. 19 and 4 a.m. the next morning and immediately located Hilton's secret stash of baubbles—which included necklaces, watches, rings and some family heirlooms.

Security camera footage showed a person dressed in a hoodie and wearing gloves.

An LAPD spokeswoman declined to comment this morning on the Times report, citing the ongoing investigation.

The Simple Lifer's security detail discovered the theft at approximately 5 a.m. and called the cops. Hilton, who was partying on the night of the break-in, later told E! News that she has since given police a list of people whom she thinks might be behind it.

"You know, it's just an invasion of privacy, and it's happened to me before," she said. "It's really scary but they're doing a huge investigation on this, and we're going to catch this person."

She also urged the buglar to return the jewelry anonmyously by having a taxi deliver it in a box to her house so "they won't get in trouble." But she warned that if they didn't do the right thing, "they're going to get in more trouble."

Family Lawyer: Jett Travolta May Have Died in Father's Arms

John Travolta's lawyers -- who are close family friends -- reveal to Usmagazine.com that Jett may have died in his father's arms Friday. "Yesterday was the worst day of [John's] life," Travolta's lawyer and confidant, Michael McDermott, and Michael Ossi, the family's attorney, tell Us in a phone interview (during which they asked all quotes to be jointly attributed).
Us: How is John doing?

Ossi and McDermott: "John is distraught. He is trying to understand and reconcile this. He is seeking an explanation so that this makes sense to him. And his loved ones are trying to provide that to him.

"Yesterday was the worst day of his life. Today is probably equally as bad, and if not, it's the second worst day of his life."

"John is recognizing the outpouring of support he has got from both the U.S. and the world. He can feel the love and he says it makes him stronger and hopefully it allows him to reconcile.

"He is undergoing the pain any father would if they lost his son. Generally a son buries his father, and John thought that would be the way it would go with Jett, not the other way around.

"He is in shock. He is emotionally distraught. He is going through many different feelings of disbelief and anger. It's going to take a while for him to feel good again. This is the most traumatic thing that has ever happened to him and he needs to go through a process of healing. John and Kelly are suffering total misery. They were so close to their son. This is hard to accept.

"He had set a vacation for his employees and friends. Forty-nine adults and their children were coming here [to the Bahamas] from Jan. 2nd to 4th. We were all so excited to spend some days with John. We were on the plane and we had no idea, and then we landed and we found out. Every year he holds a party for friends and employees and this year he had the idea to fly us all to his condo. We were planning to hang out on the beach, go for boat rides and spend time with the family.

Us: Have John and Kelly spent time with anyone since everyone arrived?

Ossi and McDermott: "John and Kelly have been pretty much locked away.

We are staying here until John leaves. The autopsy should be on Monday.

Us: How is Jett's 8-year-old sister, Ella Bleu, taking it?

Ossi and McDermott: "John broke the news to Ella. She is heartbroken. She is in disbelief, but it is starting to sink in. She has been asking where her brother is. She was so close to Jett. The whole family were so close. They went everywhere together. If John made a movie, they were all there with him.

Us: It's been reported that Jett was left alone for several hours before being discovered. Can you clarify the timeline?

Ossi and McDermott: "Jett was not left alone. He had a nanny present at all times. The nanny was sleeping close to Jett's room. There was a baby monitor, a chime on the door so it was known when Jett was going in and out. He was completely supervised. The nanny found him.

Us: Is it true that Jett died in John's arms?

Ossi and McDermott: "Jett may have still been alive when John administered CPR, and then the EMT took over. Jett was pronounced dead at the hospital. I like to believe John had a chance to say goodbye. He may have died in his dad's arms. I am not certain."

Us: It's been said Jett had a history of seizures. How often did he have them?

Ossi and McDermott: "I am not confident to talk about that. I know he had a history, which of course warranted the extra attention."

Us: You obviously knew Jett well. What was his personality like?

Ossi and McDermott: "He was a wonderful boy. He had physical limitations, but when he looked in his dad's eyes, the love was tangible. When he grabbed onto his dad, he did not want to let him go."
